Delivery

Every item is shipped from my shop in Molyvos, Greece to anywhere in the world.

Items available in the shop will be shipped within 2-4 days of purchase.

For customized and made to order items, the production time vary from a few days up to 4 weeks depending on requests.

Your item will be shipped by registered mail as soon as I produce it and I will certainly send you an additional e-mail to inform you that your item is ready and that it was shipped!

Standard registered shipping via national post service Hellenic Post

Express shipping via Elta Courier (Additional cost depends on region)

SHIPPING DURATION:

Standard:

Greece 2-3 business days

Europe 5-10 business days

US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 10-15 business days

Express:

Greece 1-2 business days

Europe 2-3 business days

US, Australia, Canada, and other countries 2-5 business days

I ship Monday to Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.


* Please note that I can’t guarantee delivery dates.

* Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Greece. I am unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Greek post.

* Standard shipping does NOT include insurance

DELAYED SHIPPING:

Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of my control, orders may take longer to arrive. BOTEK can’t be held responsible for conditions beyond it’s control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days, please write to me and I will start the investigation process with our post office. If it appears that the package is lost, I will make a refund or send you a new item.

*Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES:

The customer of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. I do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.

* Uncollected items are not refunded.

** If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time notified by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, I reserve the right charge for the cost of returning products to me.

Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

* Custom or personalized orders

Please contact me before ordering with any questions to help ensure the style and size is right for you. I am more than happy to help.

However, sometimes an item can not fit as you had hoped or the fabric may not be as you imagined - please inform me and I will do everything what is possible to make it right!

Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
